The Treehouse Series

Our fresh and tropical Treehouse Series is located on La Botánica’s second floor by way of a spiral staircase.

These are intentionally designed spaces where vintage finds, natural light and one-of-a-kind furniture make it a fun and fresh universe of its own.

In this bright room, you’ll feel like summer lasts forever - which in Puerto Rico is an actual thing.

We have two treehouses, both of them share a very similar layout, space distribution and size, but each is decorated very differently.

Inside our treehouses, you’ll find a private toilette, open closet, indoor hammock, a kitchenette with sink and small fridge & microwave.  Our treehouses are accessed through narrow spiral stair cases (so please pack accordingly).  Every treehouse has an outdoor shower and private terrace with seating.  

All of our bedrooms have AC.

  • Vegetarian breakfast, and 24/7 coffee and herbal tea station.

  • Maximum occupancy of 2 adults.

  • If the booking is canceled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is canceled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

    Please note: Different cancellation policies may apply when a reservation was made via a 3rd party booking service (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia). Those bookings must be canceled through the applicable provider, and cannot be canceled through us.

** Our property is located in a vibrant neighborhood in San Juan, street noise is to be expected. Each room counts with earplugs. **
